1. Introduction
Welcome to W3ITBD. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Md Saheba Hossain Bellal and the W3ITBD team. By accessing our platform, purchasing digital products, or hiring us for IT services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
2. Digital Products & Software License
When you purchase a ready-made digital product (e.g., POS Software, HRM System, Scripts) from our Storefront, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original source code unless a specific extended license is purchased.
3. Custom IT Services
For custom web applications, bug fixing, and API integrations, a detailed project scope will be agreed upon before development begins. Any additional features outside the original scope will be billed separately.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments via approved Bangladeshi gateways (SurjoPay, EPS Connect, bKash, Nagad) and international gateways. Custom projects require an upfront deposit before work commences.
5. Limitation of Liability
W3ITBD and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our software or services.
