1. Digital Products (Source Code & PDFs)
Strictly Non-Refundable: Because digital files (Laravel Scripts, POS Systems, SEO Documents) are instantly delivered and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds once the download link is generated or the file is delivered. We encourage you to ask pre-sale questions or request a demo before purchasing.
2. Custom Web Services & Bug Fixing
If you hire us for custom development or bug fixing and we are unable to resolve the issue or deliver the agreed-upon project scope due to technical limitations on our end, you are entitled to a Full Refund of the deposit.
3. Consultation Bookings
Consultation fees are refundable if the meeting is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
